How do I clean my mini wooden chopping board?
You can clean your mini wooden chopping board with water every time you finish using it. Scrape food particles before washing your board and rinse with cold or warm water.  Use diluted dishwashing soap, if you have to. Dry your board immediately after use with a soft cloth. Do not dry your board directly under sunlight. Do not use a dish washer.
What is the best oil for wooden chopping boards?
We use organic coconut oil. You can also use mineral oil, which is petroleum-based but not organic. Organic coconut oil should be used carefully. Apply oil overnight and wipe off excess oil with a dry cloth. Wash with mild soap before use after oiling. Oil your board Once a week but not more.
