Can i oil cutting board with olive oil
Olive oil is not suitable for oiling cutting boards. They turn rancid and leave a bad aftertaste on food. We suggest coconut oil for cutting boards or mineral oil. Beeswax too is a good option.

Our cutting boards made from mango wood come in 2 cm to 2.5 cm thickness to prevent warping and cracking. Mango wood in particular is light and will warp if it is thinner than 2 centimeters. Though our cutting boards are thick, they are light and designed to be durable.
How to disinfect wood cutting board
You can use a lemon salt scrub once a week to remove stains and follow it with either a 5% hydrogen peroxide solution or diluted vinegar spray to disinfect your wooden cutting boards. wash the board thoroughly with warm water 5 minutes after disinfecting your board and oil them thoroughly to ensure the oil content in the board is maintained
