Clean your wooden cutting boards immediately after use. Rinse with cold water or warm water. do not use hot water. use mild soap and no harsh chemicals. Scrape off food particles before washing and ensure there are not food particles on the board after you scrape and wash. How often should I oil the chopping board?
we recommend that you oil your board once a week. Mango wood is relatively porous and require oiling once a week. The board will soak up oil if there is an excess, so do not worry about oiling excessively. Leave it overnight after oiling and wipe off excess if any the next morning.
Is mango wood better than bamboo or acacia for cutting boards?
Mango wood is definitely better than bamboo. Bamboo is more dense and harder on the knives. also bamboo wood is made with glues and chemicals usually resulting in warping , cracks, and splits much faster than single-block chopping boards. When it comes to acacia, it all depends on personal preference, especially on the visual appeal. Also its nearly hard to find a single piece acacia chopping board made from a single block of wood.,
Can I use this board as a serving tray or charcuterie board?
No. This board is too Thick and heavy to be used as a serving tray or charcuterie board. We recommend this board be used for chopping only . This board is perfect for chopping large quantities of food, meat and vegetables.

No. We can assure you that a board of 2 inch thickness will not warp easily. With minimal care, the board will not warp or crack for years and stay in good use for decades.
