Care Instructions:

Wipe clean with a damp cloth: Use a damp cloth to wipe off food remnants after cutting or chopping dry food like bread and vegetables. Wash with mild soap after cutting meat and fish or any vegetables or fruit that is juicy. Wipe dry with a towel.

Do not soak or put in the dishwasher: This board is not dishwasher safe. Hand wash only.

Occasionally apply oil to maintain finish: Use edible coconut oil or mineral oil to retain the board’s quality and life at least once a month. We recommend that you oil your board every week for the first month for extended life.
