What type of wood is the pizza platter made from?

Can I cut the pizza directly on the platter?

Yes. You can cut the pizza directly on the board. The board is scratch resistant, water resistant to some extent, and can hold a pizza comfortably. The teak wood board is self-healing and can be used for chopping too.

Is the platter heat-resistant?

While wood is not resistant to heat, it can handle the moderate temperature of a cooked pizza and will not warp or bend. Do not drown the board in too much water, as it will warp if too much water is absorbed.

Can I use it for serving other foods?
